Orders & shipping
Dispatched within 3–5 business days. US delivery in 4–8 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
Complimentary on US orders over $100. Under that, a flat $7.
Not yet. We ship within the US for now, and newsletter subscribers will be first to know when that changes.
Email hello@auredris.com straight away with your order number. We can change or cancel an order until it goes into preparation, usually within a few hours.
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. It can take up to a day for the first scan to show.
Sizing & fit
Hoodies: Relaxed unisex fit. Take your usual size, or size up for an oversized drape. Crewnecks: Relaxed fit through the body. Take your usual size.
Yes. Every piece is cut unisex, in sizes S to 3XL. The size guide lists the measurements of each size, laid flat.
Take the larger one for a roomier drape, or compare the size guide against a sweatshirt you already love.
Free exchanges within 30 days, as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed.
Fabric & care
Hoodies are 320 gsm cotton-blend fleece, brushed soft on the inside. Crewnecks are 280 gsm cotton-blend fleece with a brushed interior.
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron the print.
The graphic is printed straight onto the garment for a soft feel that moves with the fabric. Washed cold and inside out, it keeps its colour.
Fleece can tighten slightly in a hot dryer. Tumble dry low or hang dry and it will hold its shape.
Returns
Free exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for another size or colour of the same piece. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Send a photo to hello@auredris.com within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
