Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to exchange it for another size or colour of the same piece.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived in.

• Email hello@auredris.com or use the contact form, with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead
• We reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions
• Once your return is on its way, we send out the replacement

If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

For a change of mind we offer an exchange rather than a refund. Where a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method, and banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Write to hello@auredris.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it goes into preparation, which is usually within a few hours of it being placed.
