• Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe
• Contact form: your name, email address, order number if you give one, and your message
• Orders: your name, shipping address, email address and what you bought. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers
• Your bag: saved in your own browser's storage so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure

• To fulfil and deliver your order and to answer your questions
• To send the newsletter, only if you signed up. Every email explains how to unsubscribe
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need: website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the fulfilment and shipping partners who prepare and deliver your order.

The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your bag. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. You stay on the newsletter list until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Write to hello@auredris.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority. We honour those rights for everyone who asks.

The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
